For registration, 50% of the fee will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received by March 14, 2008. For cancellations received after this date no refund will be made.

All refunds, if any, will be processed after the Congress.

1. The rate is per room per night is on a Bed & Breakfast basis, and not includes 8% VAT.
2. A deposit payment for one night is required to confirm your hotel reservation.
3. Full payment should be completed not later March 14, 2008.
4. Payment can be by either bank transfer or credit card.
